Description
The Above The Line Specialist will be the key person handing the ATL activations related both to Corporate and Brand-focused communication plans. The purpose of the position is to translate in ATL tactics the brand strategy per segment towards achievement of P&L targets. He/she should guarantee the flawless execution of agreed activities and assume the appropriate budget controlling/monitoring responsibility.

Major responsibilities:

 Assists the ATL Manager in forming the ATL communication plans across brands’ portfolio
Works closely with brand segments’ teams and external agencies to achieve the on-time implementation of agreed plans throughout all available ATL communication channels
Owns the marketing plan development & execution
Holds both internal and external stakeholders accountable for delivering agreed projects
Performs evaluation of projects and recommends corrective actions
Challenges for efficiency on any investment for external communication
Ensures timely delivery of ATL materials and costs minimization through proper scheduling
Supervises the production-related invoicing procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
2-4years’ experience of brand/ project management in a well-known company (industry or agency side)
Good knowledge of ATL and integrated communication principles (from brief to execution)
Good presentation skills both in English and Greek (creation and delivery)
Excellent project management and time management skills
Strong results-oriented individual
Team spirit, cooperative attitude
Feels comfortable in a large, matrix organizational setup
Adaptable and flexible

Instant Lotteries Marketing Specialist

Description
Plans, analyzes and implements instant Scratch ticket game projects to produce a 12-month product and marketing plan
Executes the marketing plan within agreed budgets and timelines
Owns the process of quarter launches from concept testing and product development to actual product launch
Coordinates activities and closely interacts with internal (i.e. sales, trade marketing, operations) and external teams (i.e. advertising agency) for the realization of quarter product launches across network
Provides input to marketing units (digital, media, sponsorships etc) to assure that all instant Scratch ticket game products and promotions are accurately reflected
Coordinates with Sales, Creative Services and Marketing Communications departments to promote products while managing product-related feedback, inquiries and support issues from diverse areas
Owns and prepares the promotional plan within the regulatory framework
Develops and prepares weekly, monthly, fiscal year and special reports on historical sales, revenues and other data
Conducts industry analysis, analyzes worldwide trends and market research data in support for business growth
Requirements
Masters’ degree or equivalent in product management and/or marketing
4+ years in product marketing roles in consumer goods
Experience in short product development and release cycles
Experience in lottery industry could be considered an asset
Proven competence in all phases of product management including development, design, planning, testing, budgeting, commercialization, market analysis
Proven experience in marketing communications
Experience from a fast paced environment would be considered a plus
Very good command of the Greek and English language (written and verbal), additional language is a plus
Microsoft Office excellence
Strong project management skills & delivery upon commitments in a complex environment
High numerical orientation
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to liaise with different departments and communication skills

Financial Monitoring Specialists

Description
Monitor Video Lottery Terminals conversions by verifying operational ability to report financial data
Monitor and verify any changes of VLTs in Gaming Halls (VLT ID/ location) to maintain accurate billing
Maintain daily verification of data integrity
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies
Perform financial adjustments through VLT Central Information System
Approve daily data for Gaming Halls billing
Support 2nd level help desk in billing disputes and customer dispute
Monitor players IBAN registration / alterations and validation
Execute payments through banks
Monitor players’ liability
Monitor contracts and payments
Manage charges to Gaming Halls (certification fees, penalties etc)
Coordinate internally with other departments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in economics / management and/or computing
IT literate – MS office, Data warehouse-Gaming CIS
Fluency in English language (both oral and written)
Will be considered an asset 2- 3 years of relevant experience in:
– auditing, client support or banking transactions

– gaming network finance management

High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
Strong problem solving skills and methodical approach
Very good numerical and financial reporting skills
Initiative, flexible thinking and able to adapt to change
Team spirit and ability to cooperate at all levels
High standard of business conduct and ethical values
Reliability and an understanding of confidentiality
